WBK offers free safety checks at all sessions until November as part of Cycling UK’s Big Bike Revival. It’s first come first served, so arrive by the start of a session for the best chance of a slot, with collection by the end of the session. We will carry out minor repairs/adjustments (eg brakes/gears, punctures) if our capacity allows.
They’ll have their usual, though smaller scale, drop in, ‘do-it-together’ repairs too, where a volunteer helps you fix your bike – face coverings essential and hand sanitiser/gloves provided.
There is no space for arriving/dropping your bike off by car, please use the nearby car park – free for 30 mins

Cycling UK are launching the next phase of the Big Bike Revival
Cycling UK is launching its next phase of the Big Bike Revival and we are looking for partners to deliver Dr Bike events in local communities for everyone and in workplaces for employees.
The Dr Bike events build on the Big Bike Revival for Key Workers programme which has supported people to cycle as a safe and effective way to travel and maintain social distancing during the coronavirus pandemic.
As more people are considering cycling for both work and leisure, the demand is increasing and our programme of Dr Bike sessions aims to support the whole community to cycle.
